Licensed Spanish Speaking Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

Do you want to work with more Sellers and do you speak Spanish? I have a listing referral for you! My name is Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome with a seller referral for you. We have an overflow of seller appointments right now and are looking for agents to join us and service them. These sellers have come from our reverse prospecting lead generation efforts and vetted by our inside sales team who has booked actual appointments with sellers. Because we know how to generate 1000+ seller leads a week, and have an inside sales team that makes offers to these sellers to get a Yes to the appointment, the agents that take these appointments need to be trained on how to convert them to a sale. We provide all of this training weekly as part of our team. Last week we handed out 2-3 listing appointments per agent, but we don’t have enough Spanish-speaking agents to keep up! This is an urgent and tremendous opportunity for you! We have such an overflow of listing appointments. Hope you apply!

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with motivated Sellers, determine their needs, and assist them throughout the entire process of selling a home
  2. Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients
  3. Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline
  4. Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals to aid in building your sales pipeline
  5. Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent
  6. Work within CRM work-flow system, and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments
  7. Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings
Qualifications:
  1. Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
  2. Spanish Speaking
  3. Full-time availability
  4. Technology-driven
  5. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  6. Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  7. A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  8. Organized and the ability to manage time effectively
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  10. Possess a positive, can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities
Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
