Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience in reading and math intervention.
• Experience delivering research-based intervention strategies for struggling students.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times.
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Supports primary teachers in identifying students needing reading or math intervention.
• Provides one-on-one and small group instruction.
• Uses data to drive instructional decisions daily.
• Develops and implements lesson plans aligned to state standards.
• Communicates effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Collaborates with administration to support classroom teachers.
