Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in home settings.

You will collect data and contribute to client progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Requirements include RBT certification or strong preference, Spanish-speaking, 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check,

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or strong candidacy.
• Spanish-speaking is required.
• Minimum 6 months working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Collaborate with BCBA, speech and occupational therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality per BACB guidelines.
