Children’s Specialized ABA in California seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, under the supervision of a BCBA and care team.

You’ll help build communication, social, and daily living skills while delivering compassionate, personalized care and communicating progress to families. We offer premium bilingual pay, paid training, and clear growth paths in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Any experience working with children (childcare, teaching) is a great foundation!

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
