Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, assist with assessments, and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements include RBT certification or Behavior Technician preference, Spanish-speaking ability, and a background in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Formación

• Spanish-speaking required.
• 6+ months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow BACB guidelines.
