Job summary

Rely-On Autism Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect client data, and contribute to a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, have an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and accurately document client data during therapy sessions.
• Help children develop communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers.
• Provide additional communication support to Spanish-speaking clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for every child.
