Job summary

SyBridge Technologies seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to lead QA/QC across the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet customer specs, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production and Program Management, drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and manage IATF 16949 documentation. Travel approx 25% across sites, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) required.
• 5+ years of quality engineering in automotive manufacturing.
• Bilingual English and Korean required.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Experience with IATF 16949 QMS.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities to meet customer specs and regulations.
• Develop and maintain IATF documentation.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and calibrations.
• Drive corrective actions and preventive measures; close non-conformances.
• Travel to SyBridge sites and customer sites ~25% monthly.
