Job summary

Ecoplastic America seeks a Quality Control Specialist to ensure product quality from resin to finished goods. You will prepare QA plans, conduct import and process inspections, and drive improvements across molding, painting, and assembly stages.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong QA experience, and bilingual Korean/English communication. On-site position in Register, GA with competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards is a plus.
• Bilingual in both Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Process Preparation and development of inspection standards to guide QA processes.
• Generate ISIRs for 4M change situations and coordinate regular testing with customers.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of measuring and testing equipment; report malfunctions.
• Conduct import inspections for resin, paint, and molded products; inspect moisture content and coating thickness.
• Inspect finished assemblies and approve or reject parts based on testing; release compliant products.
