Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical and Development teams to understand imported products and ensure performance.
• Identify quality issues with customer support and assess scale at customer site.
• Document and resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes.
• Provide feedback to Technical team on quality issues or samples tested.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions.
• Conduct testing and coordinate third-party lab testing when necessary to verify quality.
• Track, analyze test results and report non-conformances or trends to management.
• Monitor newly launched imported products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
