Job summary

ECOPLASTIC AMERICA CORP is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our on-site team in Register, GA. You will prepare QA plans, create ISIRs for 4M changes, and perform import, process, and final product inspections across molding, painting, and assembly stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management plans to guide quality assurance processes.
• Develop inspection standards to maintain consistent product quality.
• Generate Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for 4M change situations.
• Request regular testing from customers to validate product quality.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and formulate improvement strategies.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and in good condition.
• Conduct import inspections for resin and paint materials.
• For molding: measure moisture content after drying resin.
• Inspect finished, molded, painted, and assembled parts for quality compliance.
• Release products that meet quality standards for shipment.
