Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Bilingual QA Coordinator to support quality, training, and operational activities within our program. You will monitor staff performance, review work for accuracy, and help ensure policies are followed.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze performance data. You will work with supervisors to achieve quality standards and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to support QA activities.
• Experience with quality monitoring and call center QA processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for coaching and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and requirements.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve call center performance.
• Analyze performance data and distribute project reports and KPIs.
• Identify knowledge gaps and support staff training and policy updates.
• Monitor adherence to contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
• Prepare quality findings and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Management to improve service delivery.
