Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual QA Coordinator to support quality, training, and operational activities within our program. You will monitor staff performance, review work for accuracy, and assist with training and quality assurance efforts, working closely with supervisors to ensure policies are followed and performance goals are met.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, 0-2 years of experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 0–2 years of experience in QA or call center quality monitoring (preferred).
• Able to read, understand, and implement established procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and contractual requirements.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of customer interactions and provide feedback.
• Assist with training design, materials, and performance indicators.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to leadership and teams.
