Your role supports day-to-day operations, requires strong customer service, and involves working within a team to serve diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Two years of customer service experience in a high-volume reception or call center.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Be the first point of contact for customers entering the office or by phone.
• Assist with programs such as medical, TANF, SNAP, and childcare.
• Obtain initial information to provide status updates and referrals.
• Process financial duties including tracking and accounting for actions.
• Handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment with computer systems.
• Collaborate with team to support office operations.
