Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or higher.
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
- Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supports implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and data systems for Coalition programs.
- Communicates with providers regarding expiring documents and updates provider files.
- Develops expertise in program and contract requirements and understands regulations for funded programs.
- Inputs and ensures quality of data in data systems used for Coalition services.
- Assists clients/providers with navigating the provider portal and systems.
