Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, health education, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood, child development or special education (college transcript and diploma required)
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families in teaching, case management, or counseling roles
• Ability to meet approved driver qualifications to drive personal vehicle for program needs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact in assisting families in gaining access to available services in the community
• Obtain information on funding sources to meet the needs of the child
• Provide parent education through an evidence-based program tailored to the child and family's needs during routine activities
