Job summary

elcpalmbeach is hiring a Provider Services Specialist (Early Childhood Programs) in Boynton Beach, FL. This full‑time role supports the provider portal and data systems for School Readyness, VPK, CSC Scholarship, and CCR&R programs; a Bachelor's degree and fluency in English and Spanish are required.

Work is hybrid after a provisional period, with duties including documenting compliance, data entry, and helping providers navigate systems to ensure accurate records and successful program

• Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and data systems for Coalition programs.
• Communicates with providers regarding expiring documents and updates provider files.
• Develops expertise in program and contract requirements and understands regulations for funded programs.
• Inputs and ensures quality of data in data systems used for Coalition services.
• Assists clients/providers with navigating the provider portal and systems.

Provider Services Specialist (Early Childhood Programs) - Bilingual Spanish

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Hybrid: 3 days at home/2 days in office, after provisional period)

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday

Pay: up to $22.80 per hour commensurate with experience

Bachelor's Degree Required

This position requires someone who is Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and/or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services for the School Readyness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship and Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) programs.
• Responsible for communicating with providers regarding expiring documents, updating provider files, tracking received documents, and ensuring compliance with provider agreements before Coalition execution.
• Develops expertise in knowledge of program and contract requirements. Research and is knowledgeable of regulations, guidelines and standards for State, Federal and locally funded programs.
• Inputs and assures quality and integrity of data entered in the Statewide Data System, provider portal or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services.
• Supports clients/childcare providers with navigating the provider portal and/or any system utilized for Coalition client and program services.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training
• Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.
