Job summary

Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a Provider Services Specialist (Early Childhood Programs) who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

The role supports provider portals and data systems for major programs, with a hybrid work arrangement after a provisional period. Responsibilities include communicating with providers about documents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data integrity across statewide systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and/or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services for the School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship and CCR&R programs.
• Responsible for communicating with providers regarding expiring documents, updating provider files, tracking received documents, and ensuring compliance with provider agreements before Coalition execution.
• Develops expertise in knowledge of program and contract requirements. Research and is knowledgeable of regulations, guidelines and standards for State, Federal and locally funded programs.
• Inputs and assures quality and integrity of data entered in the Statewide Data System, provider portal or any data system utilized for Coalition client and program services.
• Supports clients/childcare providers with navigating the provider portal and/or any system utilized for Coalition client and program services.

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Hybrid: 3 days at home/2 days in office, after provisional period)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay: up to $22.80 per hour commensurate with experience

Bachelor's Degree Required

This position requires someone who is Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.
