Job summary

Southern Management seeks a customer service oriented team player to assist with day-to-day onsite operations at the community. Responsibilities include leasing support, market trend analysis, social media coordination, collections, and coordinating maintenance services.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm with a weekday off for the Saturday schedule. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with team, customers, and vendors.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to customers and team members.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching and managing the team.
• Help ensure Southern Management policies and quality standards are followed.
• Support marketing and sales efforts and assist with leasing and collections.
• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and budget preparation.
• Respond to emergencies and stay current with industry trends.
