Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Bi-lingual Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2, to manage the full leasing cycle from prospect to signed lease. The role focuses on tours, value demonstration, renewals, and retention across the community.

The incumbent will ensure accurate records, support marketing efforts, and maintain readiness of models and tours while delivering courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio per company standards.
