Job summary

Peak Living in Florida seeks a Leasing Specialist to support community operations under the Community Manager, handling tours, applications, and leasing duties.

You will greet prospects, provide rent quotes, process deposits, prepare lease paperwork, and help with renewals; bilingual Spanish is a helpful asset.

This role emphasizes resident service, coordinating events, and sustaining occupancy through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Previous onsite Leasing Consultant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate in English; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience in multi-family housing or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and leasing tasks, greet prospects, provide tours, quote rents, close leases, and collect deposits.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Input renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and delinquencies; communicate balances and assist in debt collection.
• Support Community Manager with resident activities, newsletters, and retention initiatives.
