Job summary

Rainey Property Management in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations.

You will assist with leasing and maintenance requests, ensure high levels of service, and maintain records. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Property management or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Experience in Affordable Housing Tax Credit / LIHTC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and renewals to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor and report property performance and issues to the Property Manager.
• Handle resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and maintenance.
