Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Las Lomas property. You will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, assist with leasing, maintenance requests, and resident relations to ensure excellent service.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has strong communication and organizational skills, and prior property management or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous property management or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in Affordable Housing Tax Credit/ LIHTC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and renewals to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor and track property performance and report issues to the Property Manager.
• Handle resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, payments, and maintenance.
