Job summary

TI Communities is seeking a Property Manager for Ventana Apartments in Dallas, bilingual Spanish required. Lead onsite team, supervise staff, and oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of multi-family housing management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
• Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with leasing, renewals, and occupancy strategies.
• Entrata software knowledge preferred.
• ARM or CAM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the onsite team.
• Supervise staff, schedules, and duties.
• Oversee resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
• Manage resident relations and respond to requests.
• Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing/leasing strategies.
• Lead leasing activities and monitor market conditions.
• Coordinate with Service Director on property condition and curb appeal.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including rent collection and reporting.
• Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
