Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 3-property multifamily portfolio totaling about 150 units. You will drive leasing activity, occupancy goals, and resident retention while monitoring budgets and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized approach. Some weekends may be required to ensure smooth operations across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably within multifamily housing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of 3 multifamily properties (approximately 150 units total).
• Oversee leasing activity, occupancy goals, resident retention, and lease renewals.
• Monitor property financial performance, including budgets, expenses, revenue, and monthly reporting.
• Review operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with property policies, lease agreements, and financing requirements as applicable.
• Conduct regular property inspections and travel between sites as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive resident experiences.
