Job summary

Admiral Communities LLC is seeking a skilled Property Manager for a mobile home park in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and has prior property management experience, with familiarity with Rent Manager and basic computer tools.

You will conduct regular inspections, enforce rules, handle notices and evictions when needed, show homes to prospective tenants, and coordinate with maintenance on move-ins, move-outs, and refurbishments. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or mobile home parks preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly property inspections.
• Enforce company rules and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and non-discrimination.
• Issue notices for late rent and violations.
• Represent the company in evictions court when required.
• Show homes and lots to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance on repairs and move-ins/outs.
• Supervise maintenance/refurb procedures and follow up.
• Occasionally train other Park Managers.
