Tarantino Properties seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee 600 Nottingham Apartments in Houston. You will lead daily property operations, ensure peak appearance, and coordinate leasing activities.

The ideal candidate has a customer-service oriented mindset, strong financial understanding, and proven leasing experience. You will manage budgets, supervise on-site staff, and address tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and timely maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 years property management experience preferred.
• 4 years property leasing experience preferred.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Experience in leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability for all property operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Attract tenants through advertising and viewings.
• Interview tenants and run credit checks.
• Set rental rates, negotiate and enforce leases.
• Address tenant complaints and inspect vacated units.
• Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance.
• Collect rent and manage operating expenses.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, leases, and maintenance.
• Prepare financial performance reports for the property.
