Tarantino-Properties, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, and support the leasing office with administrative tasks and timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and have experience with property management software OneSite. Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred.

• Experience with property management software required: OneSite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
