Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent college education; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-4 years' admin experience in Housing/Multi-Family housing.
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Ensure units are ready to rent for qualified households.
• Prepare income certifications as required by funders/investors.
• Maintain tenant files per funder regulations.
• Conduct monthly inspections of exterior and common areas.
• Conduct apartment inspections on move-out and annually.
• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate with Facilities Management.
• Enforce lease terms and address non-compliance; develop payment plans.
• Meet residents; refer social service needs to Resident Services Coordinator.
• Support safety initiatives and respond to security issues.
