Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Regional Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager supports current and prospective residents, helps maintain a safe and welcoming community environment, and assists with documentation, compliance, and resident file management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast–paced property management setting.
Pay Range: $21.00-$23.50/hour
Reports to: Regional Property Manager
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework or certification in administrative support, business, or accounting is preferred.
At least 3 years of administrative office experience required; property management experience preferred.
