Job summary

Specialty Contracting Company – Flooring Trade is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee schedules, budgets, and material deliveries while maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, staff and suppliers. This role requires proactive organization and strong multitasking to keep projects on time and on budget.

The successful candidate will manage project data, verify pricing, and assist in closing reports for management, with a focus on delivering quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative, office coordination, or project management experience, construction background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across platforms.
• Proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project schedules, material allocations, and job sites to guarantee quality and timely project completion.
• Gather project data, verify product selection and pricing accuracy, and create and maintain project budgets.
• Review and analyze labor reports to ensure accurate budget cost controls.
• Generate project closing reports by summarizing Profit & Loss performance for management.
