Job summary

Veritas Management Group is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Program Manager to support the Florence Detention Center in Florence, Arizona. This full-time, onsite role coordinates the Religious Services Program, works with the Chaplain and volunteers, and ensures accurate documentation and reporting for a diverse population.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in religion, social work, volunteer coordination, logistics management, or a similar field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated experience working in a detention and/or prison setting.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse religious and cultural groups.
• Ability to coordinate volunteers and provide logistical and administrative support for program operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with detainees, facility personnel, religious-services staff, volunteers, and other program stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional program reports and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within the policies, procedures, security requirements, and operational structure of a secure facility.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, cultural sensitivity, and ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for the Religious Services Program.
• Coordinate religious volunteers and scheduling and delivery of approved programming and services.
• Communicate with detainees regarding Religious Services Program activities, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with the Local Facility Chaplain to support the multi-faith program.
• Coordinate with facility personnel, volunteers, community faith organizations, and stakeholders.
• Support communication and coordination with volunteers representing diverse religious traditions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.
• Prepare and produce required monthly program reports.
• Provide overall administrative support to the Religious Services Program.
• Maintain neutral administration of programming for diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with policies, security requirements.
• Perform other program coordination and administrative duties.
