Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated experience in a detention and/or prison setting.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and providing logistical/administrative support for programs.
• Ability to communicate professionally with detainees, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for the Religious Services Program.
• Coordinate religious volunteers and scheduling of approved programming.
• Communicate with detainees regarding program activities, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with the Local Facility Chaplain and staff to support multi-faith programming.
• Maintain records and prepare required monthly program reports.
• Provide general administrative support for the Religious Services Program.
