Job summary
Catholic Charities is seeking a Program Manager – Family Coordinated Entry to direct daily operations at the Mission and Bayview Access Points in San Francisco. You will supervise staff, ensure trauma‑informed, client‑centered services, and coordinate with city partners to deliver Coordinated Entry, problem solving, homelessness prevention, and housing referrals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in human services or related field (or 3 years of management experience) and bilingual Spanish/English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in human services or homelessness services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Mission and Bayview Access Points, ensuring client-centered service delivery.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including Problem Solvers and Housing Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with policies, service standards and contractual requirements.
- Support Coord in Coordinated Entry, homelessness prevention and housing referrals.
- Develop staff training, performance management, and program improvements.
- Collaborate with city partners, funders, and community organizations to coordinate services.
