As part of the CIS national network, CISTN achieves this mission by placing program managers in schools across the state to provide school-wide interventions

Responsibilities

• Engage a school support team that works closely with school administrators, staff, and teachers in the implementation of the CIS model.
• Lead the annual needs assessment process using data from districts and schools to identify gaps in services.
• Develop and implement a school support plan with measurable objectives for services (Tier I, II, III) across the school year.
• Monitor and adjust services with regular monthly and quarterly progress checks.
• Manage an annual budget with discretionary funds for the school-wide plan.
• Provide case management to students and families.
