Job summary

Communities In Schools of Tennessee is seeking a Program Manager to lead school-based interventions and case-managed services for students in need. You will collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to implement the CIS model throughout the school year.

The role requires coordinating services across tiers, managing a discretionary budget, and ensuring measurable outcomes for student engagement and attendance. Maynardville location; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Programming implementation: Identifies needs and tailors interventions in school settings.
• Communication: Clearly conveys information to diverse stakeholders.
• Relationship building: Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage school support teams to implement the CIS model with staff and partners.
• Lead annual needs assessments to identify gaps and improve attendance and engagement.
• Develop and implement a school support plan with measurable objectives.
• Monitor and adjust services to maximize impact and align with school goals.
• Manage an annual budget and discretionary supply funding for the school plan.
• Provide case management for 25–50 students requiring higher levels of support.
• Advocate for students and families in meetings and with partners.
• Collaborate with attendance teams to improve school-wide attendance.
• Recruit and engage community partners and volunteers for services.
• Maintain data in CIS database and monitor progress toward goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year reports for leadership and partners.
