Job summary

Hope Services is Silicon Valley’s leading provider of services to people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This role supports program administration, clinical data gathering and analysis, and quality control of records within Counseling programs.

The position involves data-driven research, back-up management support, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to meet client needs. Must be Spanish Speaking and work in a frontline office setting.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. required.
• Clinical interest in developmental disability or psychology.
• Willingness to substitute accounting/finance/project management duties if relevant.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects or contracted services.
• Supervise quality of clinical records in Mental Health dept.; analyze outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Collect data on clinical outcomes and tabulate for research, presentations and reports.
• Provide counseling quality control by examining billing vs. clinical records for accuracy.
• Attend SCCMH trainings on clinical work and Unicare; participate in meetings.
• Assist with implementing EHR in the front office.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team addressing client needs and family support.
• Assist with scheduling clinical contacts and field inquiries from clients/other agencies.
• Perform other duties to ensure program efficiency and quality.
• Occasionally go into the field to gather information or assist in service delivery.
