Job summary

Hope Services in Silicon Valley seeks an associate-level program administrator to support new clinical and financial programs, monitor ongoing activities, and ensure completeness of medical records.

Responsibilities include data gathering, research support, quality control of counseling records and billing, and assisting with scheduling and field work as needed to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required and eligible for billable SCCMH work.
• Clinical interest in developmental disability or psychology; substitutions allowed.
• Experience with data collection and program administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects or contracted services.
• Supervise the quality of clinical records in Mental Health; analyze outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Assist in gathering data on outcomes and tabulating for research and reports.
• Provide quality control by examining billing records versus clinical records.
• Attend SCCMH trainings and meetings as needed.
• Assist with implementing EHR in the front office.
• Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet client needs.
• Assist with scheduling clinical contacts and inquiries from clients and agencies.
• Perform other duties to ensure program efficiency and quality.
• Occasionally go into the field to gather information or support service delivery.
