Position Title: Bilingual Production Team Lead Wage: $22.00/hour Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM; 6 Days Per Week (Rotating Day Off) We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead in Spring, TX to oversee daily production activities and support the production team in meeting quality, safety, and productivity goals. Requirements for Bilingual Production Team Lead:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
