Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor and Foreman to meet daily production requirements.
• Assign and reassign operators as needed throughout the shift.
• Lead and support production team members to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Monitor production activities and verify product quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of production-related supplies.
• Identify equipment issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift, if certified and authorized.
