Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, along with strong leadership and a desire to grow.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Must excel in dependability and diligence.
• Experience in food production preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the cereal and snack mix lines.
• Coordinate production and assign work activities.
• Conduct regular audits of QA documentation.
• Monitor equipment down time and document reasons.
• Enforce plant GMPs and address violations.
• Facilitate regular team communication across shifts.
• Report on issues with safety, quality, and productivity.
• Complete all required documentation and report shift performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
