Responsibilities include coordinating production activities, assigning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and providing training. Candidates with a background in manufacturing or construction are preferred, though not required. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience as Team Lead, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to learn stone fabrication equipment and techniques.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nightly production activities.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules for team members.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Coach and mentor team members on safety procedures.
