Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team. You will direct assembly, testing and packaging, ensure adherence to work instructions, and coordinate with other departments to hit daily production goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in production, prior supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Workweek is Mon-Thu 6am-4:30pm with occasional extended hours; full-time benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Production operations/processes.
• Supervisory or Lead experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Directs team members tasked with assembly, testing, and packaging to meet daily production goals.
• Ensures work activities follow instructions, parts lists, and materials for current jobs.
• Verifies products meet specifications per Work Instructions.
• Coordinates activities with other departments within the facility.
• Sets and meets production goals and resolves assembly problems.
• Monitors and reports production results to onsite management.
• Hires, trains and cross-trains personnel for flexibility.
• Supports onboarding and training of new personnel.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and documents areas for improvement.
