Job summary

Moore Company is seeking a Bilingual Production Support Lead to strengthen employee relations and support cross-cultural communication across production operations. The role includes providing English/Spanish translation and ensuring smooth production workflows in a data-driven CXM environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and support all department procedures and company policies.
• Establish goals to improve personal and department performance.
• Support the execution of company goals that contribute to the vision.
• Quality-check Print Production job jackets for stock issues and confirm stock is properly issued by operators.
• Create job jackets and print work tickets for Production Supervisors as requested.
• Input occurrences into the Issue Reporting System to track areas of the business for improvement.
• Review and verify data collection and daily shift summary reports.
• Prioritize requests to maximize efficiency.
• Understand the escalation process and report problems to the Manager promptly.
• Communicate any issues and status updates regarding job jackets, mail, or stock pulls verbally or in writing in a timely manner.
• Maintain tidy and organized common workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
