Bilingual Production Manager – Direct Hire We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive productivity, quality and accountability for a client located in Moore, SC.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a motivated professional who leads by example, builds trust with front-line employees, and fosters a culture of teamwork, urgency, and pride in workmanship. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic who can maintain smooth operations while identifying opportunities to improve workflow, labor efficiency, communication, and overall manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Production ManagementLead and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules, productivity goals, and delivery requirements.

• Recommend and implement practical solutions to improve throughput, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Support improved organization, processes, and systems to accommodate future growth.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and front-line supervisors.
• Establish clear expectations and promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent performance.
• Address performance, attendance, and behavioral concerns promptly and professionally.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration across production teams.
• Support employee training and cross-training initiatives to strengthen workforce flexibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Production Operations, Design, Customer Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to support manufacturing goals.
• Communicate production challenges, scheduling risks, and material constraints in a timely manner.
