Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Lean Certification knowledge/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team over various departments (41 total employees).
• Continuously evaluate processes to ensure optimal equipment and human capital performance.
• Interview applicants, hire and onboard new employees to facilitate growth and success.
