Job summary

Fresh Healthy Habits is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our on-site facility. You will lead production teams, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production, is fluent in Spanish and English, and familiar with HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production or related industry.
• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with HACCP, FDA, USDA food safety regulations.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and quality.
• Lead production line employees, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and labor allocation to meet deadlines.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and maintenance teams.
