Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a meat manufacturing facility in Minnesota. The role oversees daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while supervising 10+ union employees and coaching staff.

You will serve as a critical liaison between the floor and leadership, ensuring USDA compliance and labor-relations collaboration with HR and unions. A focus on safety and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in meat manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
