Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a quality assurance supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage a team of 15 technicians across a large facility and actively participate on the production floor.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish, has 3+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing and prior supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and quality systems to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, food safety, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Assurance Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
• Monitor production activities to maintain product quality and food safety.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and reporting.
• Partner with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product holds, traceability, recall programs, and product releases.

Job description

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a quality assurance supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced on-site manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for managing a team of 15 techs across a facility of over 250. While performing the duties of this job, employees are expected to actively participate on the production floor. Our perfect candidate must speak Spanish, have prior experience in the food industry and have at least 1+ years of prior supervisory experience in a related quality and safety position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Assurance Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
