Job summary

Technimark in El Paso, TX is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to manage operators’ day-to-day activities and coordinate shift changes. The role involves maintaining a safe, clean work environment and preparing daily production packets for next-day operations.

You will schedule assignments, breaks, overtime, and coverage while supporting operators and auditing production data. The ideal candidate has 0–6 months experience and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-6 Months work experience.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
• Computer Skills, Personal computer software: spreadsheet, word processing, and electronic mail systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operators’ day-to-day activities and shift changes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Prepare daily/next day Job Packets for production.
• Schedule assignments, breaks, overtime, vacation, back-up coverage, and shutdown.
• Support operators, as needed.
• Daily auditing of scales.
• Send out Daily Rundown form to management.
• Report on Production.
• Prepare and validate daily production labels; send/receive End of Labels.
• Provide coverage for operators during breaks and as needed.
• Complete Shift reports.
• Monitor production output and elevate downtime or issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure employees are properly trained.
• Ensure all daily production is fully scanned with no leftovers.
• Ensure production is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
