Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to manage the flow of materials and consumables to keep plant operations running smoothly. The role collaborates with production, maintenance, and quality to forecast needs and ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred. Bilingual English-Korean skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Fluent English and Korean preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and production supplies.
• Place purchase orders for consumables and materials.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, confirmations, returns and replacements.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Forecast material needs with cross-functional teams to prevent shortages.
• Report any damage or inconsistencies to quality and purchasing.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits.
• Oversee receipt and outbound shipment preparation.
• Stop shipments due to documentation errors or nonconformities.
